Just Breathe

Life was never supposed to be clear , logical & organized like a book. So Just Breathe.

Stop tagging life as – “it’s complicated !” It’s more interesting as we have no idea of what will be presented in our plates.

We are here to play, sometimes we have to defend and other time we have to contend.

Struggle is boundless.

We have this strange yearning to have it all then, not feeling content when we have it in our hands.

And then the vicious cycle of ‘More’ starts again. In the haste of having everything in a moment is what takes us to a world of darkness.

Darkness where we are lost and things seems not working our way. What seems easy is to curse ‘Fate’ – crying like old bellman through the world.

To be honest it’s never our way actually. It’s a process.

Which is time bound and requires patience to go along with.

All we have to do is give time to ourselves to adjust with the phase we are into.

We need to understand that  – when you’re heart feels dry as a reed.

When thoughts Pierce like thrones.

When unclaimed rings at night.

When night yawn like a foul wind.

When you feel restless like a squirrel in the cage.

When you feel struck and quiver like an eager race – horse to start.

When your soul seems as a lampless sea.

When your mind sways idly like a water lily in a lake.

When lungs begin to get intoxicated with negative thoughts.

When body feels broken as a turning wheel.

When head appears to be like a great bronze bell with one thought for the clapper.

When heart feels full sponge let it weep a little.

Just Breathe –  To pause

To make space

To collect your thoughts

To remember

To face the next

To choose

We need to relax. We need to reflect. The need is to enjoy being human. Let the thought come and go like vapor before sun.

The real problem we face is lack of  understanding; understanding that things will happen but when they are meant to be. The problem starts when we compete with other people rather than our own surrounding , ego as mountains , unhealthy food , knowledge most neglected and live in misconception of knowing everything.

We spend lots of time questioning what went wrong? Why did it change ? So suddenly ? Why Me ?

Rather than just accepting that it happened  and there’s nothing you can di about it now, it was past why to drag that in present and ruin it too. The cherry is the lesson you have learnt.

You need not to change the things , simply change the perception towards it.

We need to learn how to leave heavy things behind so that we can picture & appreciate what’s useful & meaningful waiting ahead.

We need to stop , stop right at the moment you feel like. There’s no need to rush. Being in a rat race won’t take you to the destination. Opening eyes to see sunrise is bliss. Being surrounded by your people is only wish. Where life seems meaningful. Where you are satisfied & content , that’s what being happy sounds like.

All we need to do is listen to a voice which calls for you to calm down and replenish. Just Breathe.

It can be going to a concert of a local band which is unpopular, having a pillow fight at 2.am with your loved ones, going to a old saloon and getting a new haircut.

Just Breathe when things doesn’t go vertically , try going diagonally.

Do things that makes you happy and take out time for your own self. Make yourself your first priority It may Sound selfish but that’s how it works. When we are healthy – emotionally , mentally and physically then only we can achieve what we actually want may it be helping others , concentrating on something which you have been delaying , sharing positive vibes etc.

To say taking care , physically its means – eat healthy, be knowledge about what you are consuming, walk and exercise just not watch it as adds on newspaper or TV.

Mentally it means – read books by unknown authors help yourself to discover, start with daily quotes. Work on broadening your perspective.

Spiritually it means – figure out your life’s purpose.

The key is to start over again, learn , create, flourish and live.

If you want to ‘put it together’ the puzzle of life , live in the moment and live in the breath.
